laptop vibration when fans are working

I bought dell inspiron 7577 and i noticed the laptop is slightly vibration when the fans are working but there is no sound or anything its just annoying.. So is that normal for a gaming laptop or what

dust buildup or a missing fan blade can do this. some times it is just the way the fan is run a stress test to bring the CPU and GPU temps up so the fans work harder to see if it get worse or better. I have had many laptops some where gaming some not some the fans were nice and smooth some not
