Laptop when connected to charge it gets hang and cant work

Hello,
i have got tosiba satelite laptop, it was working fine before and while working also i can chareg same, but from last few days while working when i go for charging it gets hang??? can you suggest what to do??

Get the charger tested with a VOLTMETER...
