laptop wi-fi problems

I couple weeks ago my Wi-Fi quit working I tried to upgrade it 4 times but always fail so I uninstalled the new version and my Wi-Fi start working again but a week later quit working again and I don't know what to do please help me.

You really need to supply a lot more information, like the brand and model of the laptop, your operating system, and if you installed any software just prior to the problem.
