Would the 970m with the i7 4710(I think?) be better than the 965m with a i7 5700hq? In terms of gaming.

How much better is the 970m over the 965m?
Would there be a big difference if I got the 4710 over the 5700?(For gaming)

Get the 4710/970m. No difference in gaming over the 5700. Most games are graphics intensive. And the 57xx processors are only about 5% faster than the 47xx series anyway.

The GTX 970M is enough better than than the GTX 965M to make the upgrade worthwhile (IMO).

Their Clevo-based laptops are pretty damned good. Some even come with desktop CPUs. Eurocom is another company that sells Clevo-based laptops, and it offers K-series desktop CPUs in some of its models.

Well, I have the 965m with me currently, and it has a 5700. But yeah I'll check those
