Laptop won't boot at all!!!

I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop L15W-B1302 but everything I tried isn't working to boot it. I don't have an option to change the uief or anything on safemode enable or disable. IDK what to do

Have you tried taking out the battery and booting it off the charging cord?

I have tried everything I can think of. And on the forums.
