Laptop won't load

My acer laptop won't load any of my accounts on it therefore I cannot log in. The screen loads to the date and time but I cannot do anything else. Please help

Are you running Windows 10?

If it only loads to the Lock screen, it could be the system doesn't recognise the keyboard or mouse you're using to get to the sign-on screen. It could also mean your Profile is screwed up so take the keyboard and mouse from another machine and see if that makes a difference.
