Laptop Won't switch on

My Acer Aspire E15 won't switch on
(I did the remove battery and hold power switch, and also swopped ram to another slot)

- The laptop is almost dead quiet so to speak
-the screen is dead and there is no fans
-The power light goes on for about 5 econds before turning off
-If the charger is plugged in, it does show the charge light.
I tried running it on the power cable only, same problem.

When the laptop was new it did a similar thing and the mother board was replaced, but I can't see why it would do this again over night.

have a brand new HP PQ14, and after two uses it wont switch on.
-Windows 10, updated .

-It doesn't charge , and shows no light when plugged in
-the laptop always has the power light on (even when switched off), if I hold the power button the light doesn't go off
-the screen is dead and not back lit
-there is no fans or sound.
-Once again I did remove the battery and help power for 30+ seconds
- I doubt its on sleep since I removed battery
Any advise?
