Hello, i want to buy gaming laptop i have shortlisted two models fist one is dell 15R with corei3//320gb
and 1gbati5470 graphic card
second is acer5542g with amd turion64x2/4gb/5oogb/and 1gb ati5650 graphic card
price is little bit hire of dell plshelp me which one

The second one will give you a much better gaming performance,because 5650M faster than 5470M

What do you intend to do with the laptop? If you plan on gaming, the 2nd laptop with the HD 5650 will still be the better choice. The AMD processor is powerful enough for games and since the GPU is the biggest deciding factor, the 5470 in the first one would disappoint. However, if you plan to use the laptop for more CPU intensive apps, like Photoshop, then the first laptop with the i3 would be better.

Gaming mostly depends on the VGA,so the notebook with 5650M would be better for gaming

Another question: what is your budget? It seems to me that it's around 750 dollars? If so, and you want to play games, look at this one

30 dollars over budget, but incredible gaming performance for the price. The p8700 is a great processor, and the GPU is better than either of the others. If you don't like that, there's also

Less money than your second choice, and probably still will game better because of the GPU.
