Question Lavasoft Web Companion Installs Google Extension Even Though I Unninstalled It

I once installed a program I don't really remember but I accidentally agreed to install Web Companion with it that I uninstalled afterwards. BUT after deleting it every time I make a new google user/person Web Safety installs as an extension from a third-party. It is from adware.com, Lavasoft's website. How do I find where it's installing from? How do I uninstall it completely?

I've already removed Web Safety chrome extension and synced, but when I create a new google person without an account it installs again which means something besides Web Companion is installing it, right? How do I find what is doing it?

Also about uninstalling webcompanion I have already uninstalled it. I wrote "that I installed afterwards" instead of "that I uninstalled afterwards" sorry!
