Lcd screen problem

My Samsung Galaxy j2 works fine everything OK but only can't click the dial pad it's only that piece of screen across is not working but this happened after my lcd screen was changed

If the screen was recently changed, and it is not working correctly after the change, then you need to take the device back to who ever did the work and have them fix the problem.
