LCD Television glitchy display for about 30 seconds after turning on

Hi all, just a worrying thing my television keeps doing after about 5 minutes of being on; I know next to nothing about what could be wrong so if someone could take a look at this image and give me some kind of diagnosis?

It usually goes away after about a minute.

This is most likely the circuit board, from the image you provided. In my experience, the "Warmup time" will progressively increase, until the TV becomes unusable. I had this happen both to a LCD HDTV, and a 19" LCD monitor. In both cases, the circuit board needed to be replaced.

Any chance this is a Samsung TV?

Yes it is a Samsung TV - If I turn the TV off straight away and then back on; it will go away, how much does it cost to get the circuit board repaired?

In my case, it was more than the TV was worth. First they charged me a $25 "Bench fee," and then it was going to be around $250. At the time, a new set cost me $400 so it did not pay in my mind. I also wanted to upgrade to an LED.

Not surprised at all this is a Samsung. They are known for this.
