Question Lenovo A7600-H LK image incorrect

I please need some assistance and the device sits in a boot loop that says LK image incorrect!! rebooting in x secs.

In my opinion, Firmware flashing is the one and only solution to avoid boot loop

ive tried that but i cant get the device too accept the firmware, neither from the PC via USB cable nor from the SD card. ive heard people doing it successfully from the SD card but there isn't any forum to assist me in what application nor rom i must use.
