Hi, my laptop is lenovo ideapad 100 and is partitioned into drives C and D. I want to reset it but not sure if resetting will erase both my files in drives C and D.
Please help.
Thanks!

Solution
A factory reset will reset your whole laptop there isnt a way to keep your files unless you back them up and them restore them afterwards.
Windows "Reset but keep personal files" will reset but only keep those files in your library folders: Documents, Photos, etc.

*I do believe you get to chose whether to erase both drives or just C: drive too
