lenovo flex 2 battery drain

i have bought a new lenovo flex 2 14' laptop,it's hardly giving a battery life of 3-4 hours under normal use,what am i supposed to do,is it the battery faulty or something is wrong?????????

Specs say up to 6 hours battery life but that depends on your settings in the control panel Power options. You can go into Control Panel>Power options and see what it's set to. I'd recommend setting it to Balanced or Power saver and then playing with the individual options within the plan settings to tailor it to your own needs. Any mobile device set on Performance can expect half or even less than half battery life per charge.
