i have same problem as here here
can someone help me how to flash bios from usb ?

have you updated all your LENOVO software?
if you use the LENOVO site you can flash your bios from there.
if you have tried that have you talked to LENOVO?
or are you out of warranty?
if you still would like some help, let me know.
