You might want to try removing the CMOS battery and leave it out for oh about 5 minutes and then replace it and see if it will turn on.

NOTE: Only do this if the device isn't under warranty (if it is, contact the manufacturer) and if you feel comfortable opening it up to do the work. If not, then I would try a local tech.
