Lenovo Ideapad 110-151SK doesn't turn on, what to do?

Lenovo Ideapad 110-151SK doesn't turn on, even when it is off, the charging indicator isn't lighting when charger is plugged in (in "On" state, charger works). Sometimes, it stops like switch in between ongoing processes, sometimes stops in the booting process, sometimes it doesn't even turn on like now its happening now. For last 3/4 months these problems are prominent, now, anyone, please tell me, what to do?

Could be a bad motherboard, there is not much else that would cause a system not to turn on at all. If you take out the RAM, then try to turn on the system, does it give you any error beeps? You can try a different charger, try turning it on with a bare system, no RAM, no hard drive, no battery.
