My lenovo IP300 is running out of battery so fast. I can use it up to 1h30 only without connecting to internet at all, anyone can help me to solve this? thank you!

I have bought it for 6 months now and I don't play game on laptop, mostly I spend on reading or some writing documents.

first question - how old is your device? - the might lack of battery life after a year already
second question - which use case for 1:30 h battery life - gaming? that would be normal
third one - what about energy management setting? - may be you set it to max performance - you might wanne check your CPU bahaviour via CPU-Z (high clock rate in idle for example)

what about display brightness and energy settings - that's what remains open, besides having a "monday item" which just has got a crappy battery :-/

So what should I do?

first check display brightness setting - if on highest - reduce as far as it is still acceptable for you and check battery cycle again

second check - find the power savin setting in your win setting - which windows you have? - somewhere under hardware and sound (for win 7) you should find an area for energy settings, should be 3 options, saving, balanced, performance - what the current one?

it was balanced since the first time. but I have no idea why I can use up to 1h30.

Try changing your power plan to "Power Saver" and tell us if this increases the battery time. If this doesn't help, look at your running processes and CPU usage. Certain programs (and possibly virus/malware) can cause high CPU usage and deplete the battery more quickly. If no problems there, then likely battery is failing as others have said.

i did turn it to power saver and how to check the CPU usage? what if its from virus? what to do?

I did update, scan, and found one malware virus but nothing changes my battery (I observed). 1h30 still.....^^

I called to company that I've got one year warranty...she said nothing happened to my laptop it is normal for over 1h30. in case, that turning on laptop n it turns suddenly to 20 or zero percent, that's the problem. then I have no idea at all...I just wonder that it's not logical.
