Question Lenovo Ideapad S145 AMD A6-9225 Speed Getting Worse

Hi,

I have purchased Lenovo Ideapad S145 AMD A6-9225 15.6 inch HD just 20 days back and now its speed getting worsen day by day. I don't understand what should i really do to fix this problem. Can anyone their who can guide me through out the way to get out of this problem.
