Question Lenovo Ideapad s540 won’t display when turned on, please help!

I recently got a new laptop two weeks ago, but since the past few days, when I turn it on, it just displays a black screen. I’ve tried things like the Shift + F8 method, holding the power button for thirty seconds, and they worked the first time, but after that, it just won’t work anymore. I want to know how I can get rid of this black screen for good, I’d appreciate it if someone would be willing to tell me how.

New laptop with issues first thing is to contact Lenovo support if they need to replace it.
