lenovo laptop does not restart when tried to restart

my lenovo g50 does not restart when tried to restart
and does not start when plugged to charge
please tell me the solution for this i cant update my pc

1. Remove power source from laptop.
2. Remove battery from your laptop, if is on botom remove if is under keyboard you must use manual to find write way.
3. Hold power button 30 seconds.
4. Back battery and try to power up, if dont power up maybe battery is empty plug the power adapter in jack and then power up laptop.
