lenovo laptop doesn't turn on

when i open my lapton battery light is on and power light is also on i can see flash light on screen cursor is also there

Are you saying when you point a flashlight at the screen you see the cursor?

Hi, to better help you, what is the make and model of your laptop? If you see just the cursor on your screen, maybe Windows is not loading properly. What happened recently before the problem occurs.
