Lenovo Laptop problem

Hello,I have some issues with a Lenovo B51-35 witch i bought 1 year ago.I has a Amd A6 procesor ,8 gb of RAM, 1Tb HDD and a dedicated card AMD Radeon R5 M330 .The problem is when I had instaled a win 7 Ultimate i haven t experienced lag in Lol with is my main game.When I instaled win 10 pro i was lagging like crazy I mean from 80-90-100 fps with win 7 to 35-70 maybe higher .The problem is the frame drops witch occur randomly ,expecialy in late game.So could anyone help me with some tips or idk somehing witch could be usefull.(Sorry for my broken english)

What settings are your running at? That game may need reduced settings to run well on that laptop.

All medium without shadows ,but this isnt the issue is that in win 7 works but with win 10 doesn t work.

did you disable background apps in w10? because as default w10 has a ton of apps running in the background which hogging your system resources.

I disabled most of them.
