Question lenovo laptop turns on but showing blank screen

my laptop got off due to low battery. i plugin the power cable.
after some time i restarted the laptop but the screen is not on.
I tried to press capaLk and numlock keys but light not turned on. Also i tired to check the USB port slots working or not by connecting my mobile with USB cable to the laptop. its charging. I don't know what's wrong with my laptop screen and keyboard. please help me on this.

First remove the battery and the charger. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Connect the charger and try to turn on. If it works, replace battery.
Second option connect external monitor/TV using HDMI.

i have tried the way U told but its not working. Currently I don't have external monitor with me to look into. is there any other way to check?
