Lenovo laptop wont turn on

My laptop had a water spill, so for months it was unfunctional. Suddenly after 4 months it turned on. But after switching it back off normally again, it refuses to turn on. My computer refused to turn on, even after charging. I completely turned it off, took out the charger, and removed the battery and put it back in again. Now, when I take out the charger or put it back in, I get one single loud beep. The computer still wont turn, and I don't know what the problem is. I have a Lenovo G505s laptop. Thanks.

You are almost certainly going to have to either take it in for repair or replace it.
