Hi everyone. (Sorry before english is not my native language. ;) )
So I own a Lenovo 100-15idb
It has lost most of its power gaming.
Before you start throwing things at me and saying ''Dude it's not a gaming laptop'' I know.
I have tried games like CS:GO ;GMod; Lol ;Dota 2 ;Rocket League and it even run GTA V on 30-45 ish FPS range ,the rest on Min - 60fps Max - 120fps and up.
Ok so in the first 3 months of power gaming the frames started to stutter and sometimes there would be these frame drops for a few seconds like from 60fps to 15fps for 5 seconds and the 60fps again for 30 minutes without problems.
I realized it was cause the Laptop was reaching 90 to 100 degrees celsius.
So I made my own cooling pad with 3 Cpu coolers on 12v that would cool the laptop to 45 degrees when gaming. So it helped.

After a while (basically few days ago)
I just kinda left gaming because I was busy at school and stuff.
So I came back and every game that used to run good run at 20-30 even lower fps.
I was worried so I recently opened up the laptop and cleaned it out. Removed the dust from cooler and now running games that used to boil up the laptop didn't. So I could game without my cooling pad but I don't like 20fps.

THINGS I HAVE TRIED:
Fresh Install
New Drivers
Driver Step backs
Checking if my Gpu is selected to the nvidia one.
Dust cleaning.
CCleaner.
Antivirus(checking for malware, disabling the antivirus when gaming)
Disabling background applications
Cranking sh*t in Nvidia Control panel.

Laptop Specs:
CPU : Intel i5-5200U 2.20ghz
GPU : Nvidia gt920m 1gb
Ram : 4096 mb
Display : 15,6 inches (1366x768)

AND IT WAS BOUGHT AS A LAPTOP FOR COMPANY TO GET TAX RETURN SO THE WARRANTY WAS ONLY 1 YEAR AND IT HAS PASSED.

Solution
