Lenovo Sealed Battery Laptop Won't Power Off

Bought it Dec. 2017 from Walmart. Laptop doesn't have anything on the screen even though it's on, and cannot power it off. Tried CTRL+ALT+DELETE and pressing Power button, Nothing works. Please help!

If that new, the laptop is under warranty still. Contact the manufacturer.
