Lenovo thinkPad turns on but screen is black ,non removable battery please help me

I am doing something it stared reboot after that turns on but blank screen

Once it's on (per power indicator light), press and hold the power button until it shuts off on its own. Then press the power button again. This is to ensure your not stuck in some hibernation state that won't resume properly.

If all else fails, try connecting the laptop to an external monitor to see if you get any sort of video from there.

i connected to the external monitor ,but i did not see any thing
