Lenovo Warranty Worth it?

Title says it all really im looking at purchasing a Lenovo and I'm wondering if their warranty is worth getting? Or maybe theirs other better options out there?

I'm looking at the Ideapad Y500 they have a great deal going on right now.

Hi there. I have a Lenovo laptop with warranty directly through Lenovo. I've used it once and it was excellent. I keep rextending the warranty every so often as well.

In the UK , their warranty is useless... we keep getting customers who LENOVO refuse to honour their warranty...

Good for us but bad for their reputation...
