yesterday when I used my laptop I tried searching up a website but when I clicked to enter the website I kept receiving a white page with the at&t u-verse logo saying "page not found" this went on for a while so I disconnected from the network and tried reconnecting gain hoping that would fix it, but when I tried reconnecting it would say "checking network requirements" or something like that for a while, while it was doing this the wifi icon had an x on it (meaning it was disabled) on it, then it would say "can't connect to this network" and the wifi icon would go back to normal (exept no x and no connection) I have windows 10.

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Hard reset your modem and wireless router which are supplied by AT&T.
- Turn them off by unplugging them from the wall outlet.
- Wait until all the lights on the modem and router are lit up specially INT that stands for internet.
- Try connecting with your laptop again and see if you can browse.
- If that does't fix the problem try and disconnect/reconnect from your wireless network.
- Next is to reset you browsers to default.
