Am going to buy a y510p and am wondering will this play the latest games in ultra?
Am going to play mostly battlefield 4 and watch dogs

Laptops are not recommended for gaming you can build a desktop to get maximum resolution level, yes games can be played on Y510P but some games will not work in ultra mode.

if you get the dual GPU version, it will in 720P
