Question Lenovo Yoga 7 16ARP8 ghost touches from Stylus even after Mainboard swap

So... I got a Yoga 7 in April 2023. I didn't inspect it upon delivery because I didn't need it at that time. I bought it for university.

Well - it does ghost inputs comming from the stylus and I don't know what's left to do. I had a screen replacement - the problem is still there. I swapped the mainboard - nothing changed.

I used Win10, Win11 and Linux, it does not matter what I do. I get those ghost touches all the time. I even tried 3 pens. 2x Digital Pen and 1x Precission Pen 2.

Do you guys have any advice on what I could try? Lenovo said it was a Microsoft issue...
