LG 55" TV black screen , with audio when turned off and back on

LG 55" tv goes to black screen with audio. This happens after the tv has been on for a while and it only occurs when you turn the set off and back on. The picture will come on for a few seconds, the back lights turn off and audio remains.If it is off for a long time it comes on with no problem. I have replaced the power supply, no change. The tcon board could be bad? I cannot find the back light inverters on this model, they are not visable. Could they be fused into the lcd screen? 55LM6200

Actually, I think the inverter board is part of the power supply board ?
