lg blu ray connected to rotel amp ?

how to connect a blu ray player coaxial output to a rca amp, I've just bought a lg bp125 blu ray player and I have connectted via my bush hdtv with hdmi lead. What I would like to know is can I connect my blu ray coaxial out to my rotel amp which only has rca red n white connecters. Would like to have the sound coming from my speakers and tv , so can this be done?

Your Bluray player does not have L/R analog audio outs. I would return it and get one that does. You would have to buy an adapter like this

Check your HDTV for analog audio outputs. If it has those, use them to connection to the L/R Analog input on your RCA Amp.
