Lg g4 notcharging at all

Hello, my friend bought lg g4 few months ago on ebay, and the phone booted up and turned off. He's too lazy to send it back or get a refund. I'm now testing his g4 and something strange is happening. The phone is not charging or reacting at all. I tried original charger, cable, and I tried a lot of other combination with my other chargers. My chargers are from 0.7mAh to 2.1 mAh output. One in a while I get the phone turned on when I connect the charger. First it was showing something like: ,, charge more to boot" and I could hear a really high sound coming from the battery, which happened also with my old Samsung phones. Now I can't hear anything, and I tried to press all the buttons, connect it to a pc, and after all of this I managed to turn it on again withou battery. It showed empty battery with question mark inside (logical). Any idea what that is? I checked the phone imei and it's not fake, I also compared fake ones to this one I have and it's definetely original.

Lazy or not, your friend really needs to contact the manufacturer about the issue. If you do any physical work on the phone it will void the warranty, which you don't want, and it sounds like there is a hardware problem with the device.
