LG G6 Factory Reset Messed Up

Hello, I got my new LG G6 Wednesday and the LTE didn't want to work so I decided to see if factory resetting it from a hard reset would help but ever since I did that, i've been trying to to set it up again but it's been stuck on "configuring your phone" for a while now and I honestly don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated!

For a new phone? return it or get it replace
