lg language issue

my LG tv only will play one channel and all of the language/print is in Japanese or some language. How do I get this language changed back to English

Find online the TV manual, look for the part that explains how to change the language of the TV menus, and follow it by counting the times you press the buttons (as i assume you can't read that language). Or call LG support
