Question Lg led smart tv goes black screen for a milisecond

I have lg led smart tv of model 43LM5600PTC which is connected to set top box using HDMI cable and whenever I turn on and off my newly purchased philips home theater my led tv screen goes black for a milisecond...will it cause any serious effect to my tv??? and I need a solution to slove this issue.
