lg p768 security error and cannot be detected

anybody can help me with my lgp768? when i turn on my phone, it says security error, i tried using lg mobile support tool but my phone cannot be detected, i tried to connect it to another usb port but i think the problem is on my phone...can anybody help..?

This is no simple task to resolve. It will require quite a few things to happen, the least of which is starting with rooting your phone. Which is no simple, nor small task.
