Lg phone do not start

Hello,
myphone do not start ,when you plug a charger it just appear an LG sign but do not start.

What is the specific phone?

My LG phone will show the LG logo while the phone is turned off but charging. Hold the power button down for a bit (at least a few seconds) and release--does it turn on then?
