Lg sound bar

i bought a LG soundbar last year it was working great the entire year and a week ago my wife turned the LG soundbar on but on the display it keeps saying please wait and nothing happens does anyone know anything about this sorry for my poor english

Try unplugging the power to it for 5 minutes, and then plug it back in and restarting it.
Hopefully it will reset it. Do the same with the wireless subwoofer.
If you have an ethernet connection to it, also try resetting your modem/router.
