LG Stylus 3 make SD Card as default download

How do I set my SD Card as Default for downloads. I do not want it as internal storage.?

If you want to only set it that way for downloading files, not apps, then you can do the following.

In the app you are downloading through (say the browser) go into its settings and change the download location. You should be able to create a new folder if you wish to as well. You will do this in any app you are downloading through.

Now, if it is through say play store, it won't allow for changing the default download location to the SD card.

Again, if you want to download apps, you can't change the download location for those to the card without following the steps to make the card "Internal" storage. Which only works with some device.
