LG TV (42LM6410) acting weird

So as the title says, my TV is acting weird. More specifically when I connect it to the internet, it stays fine for about 5 minutes, then the remote stops working with full battery, then it disconnects from my WiFi, then when I finally manage to get to the reconnect menu, it keeps saying that there are no WiFi networks available. I have just tried resetting the TV and it doesn't fix it. Does anyone have any fix to this problem other than sending it back for replacement?

If its still under warranty, I wouldn't even try to fix it. I'd just take it back.

To fix it, you'd have to remove the covers - which would void your warranty.
