Question Lg tv cycling power on off with distorted splash screen

Lg 55' tv (55LW500 )cycling power on off with distorted splash screen. Lines on the screen. I'd like to post a picture but it looks like I can't on this site. I swapped out the power supply. I'm thinking maybe the tcon but not 100 % sure. Anyone have any thoughts ?
