LG TV disable program info when changing channel

Hello, everyone!
I recently bought an LG TV set for my parents, but every time we change the channel, an annoying display of info about the selected channel and its program hides a fourth of the screen for a few seconds. How do I disable it??

Not sure about disabling it, but your remote should have a Cancel or Exit button (used for navigating the menus) that should close that right away. If you can provide your exact TV model, somebody might know of a way to actually disable it.

Thank you for your answer. The model is LG 32 LB 5610 32 LED TV Full HD. At least that's what the receit says. Hopefully I can find a solution on how to disable this annoying feature.

I recently bought 47 inch LED tv and same problem with me, while changing channel it hides the main logo of channels which is quite annoying. Kindly share solution if you find any. Thanks
