Question LG tv has lines on lower half of screen. Please help

I've had this tv for about 5 years now, and randomly the other night, the lower half of the screen has lines all across it. I've looked through many forums and watched a ton of YouTube videos, and have come to the conclusion that it might be a panel and not any of the three boards. Not sure how to add photos so if you look at my avatar pic, that is what's going on. If anyone has any idea of what is happening or how I can fix it, my family and I would appreciate it.

check the ribbon cables and connections at the panel

might be pressure sensitive (press the frame on any position of the lower left right and bottom side to check if the picture is getting better or worse)
