lg model 42lc2d-ud green lights blinks 13 times and after 5 minutes picture comes on and after 1hr picture goes out can you please tell me what part i need thank you jimmy

most likely its is the power supply. Open it up and check the power supply board for bad capacitors. you can replace those cheap if you got soldering skills

Your power supply is failing. You will need to resolder capacitors. But you have to be really skilled in these operations because you could make more damgage.

this should be it but all the places I looked it is out of stock

I found them on ebay about $100
