14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.

I want to have a fourth gen i5 at least and a reliable graphics card (prefer nvidia) latest gen as well (note, new gen, not rebranded as new but in fact old gen). Windows 8 included of course, unless windows 8 pro is better? And, a fresh copy of windows 8 instead of preinstalled with lots of useless software.

Solution
In order:
It's a flash drive. If you don't know what that is, google it.
Windows serial keys are locked to a motherboard. You can install a new copy of the same OS without the junkware, but it has to be the same OS.
3. It's decent, but I thought you wanted something portable. 3.2KG/over 6 pounds is NOT portable.

It will. Boot from the pendrive, go to install windows, and follow the process. When it asks you to activate, get the key from wherever the manufacturer put it and install. Afterwards, install the manufacturer's drivers, but not software.

What's a pendrive? And where can I get one? Would I not need the windows installation exe or folder copied to the pendrive to force it to do a fresh install of windows on the laptop? I have no idea where to get that from an already installed windows

But that would mean that I could do that with my current laptop and do a fresh install of windows 7 on my samsung? Or is it too late since its already activated and working? Is it not illegal?
