Limited access issue

I'm using dell vostro 3558. whn i connect my laptop to my smartphones hotspot its not connecting shows limited connectivity! Plz sort it out ASAP

Have you contacted your cell phone provider for tech support with the issue to confirm that your phone is actually sending a signal? does the laptop connect to other wifi connections without an issue or does it have limited access on ALL wireless networks you have tried to connect to?
Have you run virus / malware scan to make sure you don't have a virus on your laptop?
