Question Liquid seeped through when cleaning

I sprayed sanitizer on the TV and when I turned it on this morning there are green lines all over it that appear and disappear if the colours on the TV are dark or light. Can it be fixed?

Can it be fixed, yes probably. Would you want to pay the cost of replacing the parts vs replacing the TV? Probably not. Could be a screen issue, could be a system board issue. Without having someone open it and look no way to tell.
